On-Premise vs. Off-Premise vs. Social Club

An “On-Premise” club indicates that full sexual swinging activity, to include intercourse, is permitted in the Club. An “Off-Premise” club does not allow intercourse and will usually have various rules on nudity and sexual conduct. A “Social Club” may or may not allow sexual activity depending on where the party is held. If the party is held in a public area than it is highly unlikely that any sexual activity will be permitted. However, if the party is held in a hotel room or at a person’s house than it would be up to the hosts to decide the level of sexual activity that is permissible.

On-Premise clubs will normally have various rooms with mattresses or the like covered by sheets. These rooms will vary depending upon the club. Some clubs will have theme rooms to allow you to role play a fantasy, or a group room where many couples can join in one area and play together. There are some general rules that you should be aware of and that the club will usually go over with you during your orientation on your first visit.

  1. If the door is closed, you should not enter without knocking and being invited in. A closed door signifies a private party.
  2. If the door is open, the couple or couples are inviting other individuals and couples to watch or even join in. Always be polite and ask if it is ok if you join in the fun.
  3. If you are in a group room, there is an assumption that you are there to play with whom ever else is in that room. You can find yourself in a very uncomfortable position if you are approached or touched by someone that you are not interested in. If that is the case, than the group room is not a place you should be in.
  4. When you are finished in a room clean up after yourself. Throw all used condoms and wrappers away. Take any drinks you brought with you. Try and leave the room in a condition that you would like it to be as if you were using the room next.

Off-Premise clubs often have various rules about nudity and sexual conduct. Some of these rules depend on the State Laws and whether or not the club has a liquor license. Normally, the club rules will be explained to you during your first visit. Violating the rules of the club puts you and the club at risk of legal action. Regardless of whether or not you agree or disagree with the rules, you must abide by them. It is for your protection as well as the club’s.

Keep in mind that people attend clubs and parties for different reasons. Therefore it is not safe to assume that if they are there, they play. They may just be curious or they may be voyeurs. Talk to the people that you are interested in, be open and honest. Through your conversation you will quickly learn to what extent the other couples involvement in the Lifestyle is.
